Neda Moridpour
Neda Moridpour is the co-founder of HAMDEL FUTURIST COLLABORATIVE.
Neda Moridpour is an artist and Professor of the Practice at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tisch College of Civic Life at Tufts University. They are currently a Royal Shakespeare Interdisciplinary Fellow at MIT Open Documentary Lab. Their research and artistic practice focus on the history of Kurdish resistance, archiving creative disobedience in response to the Women, Life, Freedom revolution, and examining cycles of violence leading to displacement, discrimination, and social and racial inequity. By employing participatory research methodologies, they traverse various disciplines and boundaries to nurture mutual acts of care and community building.
