Cameron A. Granger

Cameron A. Granger is Sandra’s son & came up in the Euclid area of Cleveland, Ohio.

Cameron likes pigeons, video games, & memes. Lately he's been thinking about how myth making and narrative have been used as a means to police the imagination, and making movies with his friends. He’s a lifetime member of MINT Collective, long may it live, and supports the currently nomadic Skylab Gallery alongside comrades Reg Zehner and Trent Mosely. Finally, he's an alumni of Euclid Public Schools.

Cameron is the inaugural Onassis ONX + Pioneer Works fellow for 2026, a new collaborative twelve-month fellowship that supports a Pioneer Works Alumni Resident each year, providing access to Onassis ONX New York production facilities and resources, creative and technical consultations with Onassis ONX and Pioneer Works staff, and a $5,000 honorarium for the production of new media artworks.

Pioneer Works is an artist and scientist-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultural center in Red Hook, Brooklyn that fosters innovative thinking through the visual and performing arts, technology, music, and science. We provide visual and performing artists, musicians, scientists, technologists, community organizers, and educators the resources and platform they need to expand their practices. Our approach encourages experimentation and empowers curious minds across diverse communities, knowledge bases, and frames of reference; in so doing, Pioneer Works aims to accelerate culture through the free exchange of ideas and information for all.
