idris brewster is a Brooklyn-born artist and creative technologist that disrupts traditional narratives through spatial experiences, all the while empowering others to do the same. idris’s work explores the liminal space between the historical archive, public space, and technology. idris is the founder and executive director of Kinfolk Tech, a digital archive and experiential platform that brings place-based stories to light, weaving together art, collective storytelling, and technology to create immersive narratives that reshape history, connect generations, and open new pathways for imagining the future.
