Glenn Cantave

Glenn Cantave is an organizer, creative director, and performance artist working at the intersection of democracy, culture, and emerging technology. He leads Spear-It, a creative civic studio designing cultural, artistic, and technological interventions to confront oligarchy and expand the public imagination for what democracy can be. Through augmented-reality installations, public programs, storytelling campaigns, and cross-movement collaboration, Glenn’s work transforms political education into lived, participatory experience. His practice centers on large-scale public art, civic ritual, and embodied performance as tools for collective reflection and action, with a focus on helping people feel, see, and practice democracy beyond traditional political institutions.
